Celestra may collect account information such as your email address and authentication provider details when you sign in with email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.

We may collect astrology profile information you choose to provide, including date of birth, birth time, birth place, zodiac sign, and related profile details.

We may store consent records, including KVKK-related consent choices where applicable. If you contact us through an app or backend-supported channel, your message and contact details may be processed so we can respond.

We use information to create and manage your account, provide personalized astrology features, generate daily horoscope and compatibility content, improve app reliability, prevent abuse, maintain consent records, and respond to support requests.

We may also use limited technical and usage information to operate ads, measure performance, diagnose issues, and keep Celestra secure.

Celestra uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore. Firebase Authentication helps verify your identity and manage sign-in methods. Firestore may store account, profile, consent, and app-related data needed to provide the service.

Firebase services are provided by Google and may process data according to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Birth date, birth time, birth place, zodiac sign, and related astrology profile data are used to personalize horoscopes, compatibility features, and other astrology-based experiences in Celestra.

You should only provide information that you are comfortable using for these personalization features.

Celestra may show banner ads and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or receive device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, and other information as described by Google's advertising and privacy practices.

Ad personalization and related controls may be available through your device settings, Google settings, or consent flows shown in the app where required.

Celestra may use backend services and OpenAI-powered systems to generate daily horoscope, relationship, and love compatibility content.

AI-generated content is for entertainment, reflection, and general informational purposes only. Celestra does not provide medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Celestra, including Firebase, hosting or backend infrastructure providers, advertising partners such as Google AdMob, analytics or diagnostics providers, and AI service providers used to generate content.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to enforce our terms and policies.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Celestra, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, preserve consent records, and support legitimate operational needs.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or take reasonable steps to de-identify it, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

You may update certain account or profile information in the app where those controls are available. You can also request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us.

To request deletion, email alikonuk12@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Celestra is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
